2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
Clause 3.1
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) qx99 account only. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed without notice, all balances may be forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided. A player wishing to reopen a closed account should contact qx99 support before creating a new registration.
Clause 3.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qx99 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. qx99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact qx99 support immediately.
Clause 3.3
Accurate Information
All information provided to qx99 during registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be accurate, complete, and current. Players must promptly update their account information if any details change. qx99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any account detail at any time. Accounts found to contain materially false information may be suspended or closed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on qx99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qx99 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. No currency conversion is applied. qx99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
Clause 4.1
Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on qx99 is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit, however qx99 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance and security purposes. Deposits are credited to your qx99 balance promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within thirty minutes of a confirmed transaction, please contact qx99 support with your transaction reference.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. qx99 targets processing of withdrawal requests within ten to sixty minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. qx99 reserves the right to apply a processing window of up to 72 hours in exceptional circumstances.
Clause 4.3
Bonus Fund Withdrawals
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Where a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is met, qx99 reserves the right to remove the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
qx99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page:
- Bonuses are available to players who have met all eligibility requirements and have a fully verified qx99 account.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated on each promotion page.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who have previously held a qx99 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.
- qx99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter wagering requirements, or void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, or any activity that circumvents the fair use of promotions.
- Free spins are valid on designated games only and expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.
6. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

Fraud and Money Laundering
Players must not use qx99 for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to, using stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or any form of money laundering. qx99 co-operates fully with relevant authorities and financial institutions in investigating suspected financial crime. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
Clause 6.2
Collusion and Cheating
Players must not collude with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, use software tools or bots to automate or manipulate gameplay, or exploit software errors, glitches, or loopholes. qx99 uses fraud detection systems to monitor for such activity. Winnings obtained through cheating or exploitation of technical errors are not valid and will be voided.
Clause 6.3
Responsible Gaming Tools
qx99 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools for players who wish to manage their gaming activity. Players may request a self-exclusion period of between one week and five years by contacting qx99 support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. Players who feel gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing are encouraged to use these tools and to seek support from responsible gaming organisations available in Bangladesh.
7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
All content on the qx99 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, icons, and audio, is the property of qx99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the qx99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any qx99 content, nor to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any qx99 software.
You must not use automated tools, scripts, crawlers, or any other method to access qx99 in a way that places unreasonable load on qx99 infrastructure, extracts data at scale, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform for other users. Any such use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qx99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the qx99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if qx99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. qx99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
qx99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond qx99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. qx99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such circumstances but shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
9. Account Termination and Suspension
qx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including provision of false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited conduct.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Account holder is found to be under the minimum age of 21, or to have provided false age information during registration.
- At the request of the account holder, where the player has applied for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
10. Amendments to These Terms
qx99 may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, qx99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via a notification on the platform or via the registered contact details on file. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the qx99 platform.
Your continued use of the qx99 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact qx99 support to close your account.
